This guy really doesn't know how to make a proper sandwich. No egg? No mayonnaise? No Hollandaise sauce? No potatoes? Canola oil? Wheat bread?!

Plus Points for him using a deep fryer.
Negative points for not deep frying everying, what he did above, and for not encapsulating the ingredients with dough and deep frying it like a doughnut.

Also, for purely saturated fat levels with a slight reduction in calories, I would have gone with Beef Tallow (102g/cup) instead of canola oil (17g/cup).

Amateur night I tells ya.

Full points for originality, but have to penalize the creator for presentation - needs more color & artistic composition. Also, olive oil should have been used.

Nearly two thirds of the calories in that sandwich come from the over half a gallon of canola oil he poured over it -- how much of it then dripped out? I call bullshit.
