		<description>Sites like Flikr are for people that lack the will or savvy to &lt;i&gt;run their own services&lt;/i&gt;.  Aside from LiveJournal, I haven't found one of these site categories that isn't worthless.  (Photo hosting, FOAF, contact database)</description>
