As to lawsuits, all children are perfect, and saintly. There is no such thing as parental responsibility. Stores build multi-story structures, and have liability insurance. It is a form of subsidized lottery. Really, it's just a stepped-up version of the tooth fairy. Lose a tooth, get a buck. Lose some fingers, get a couple million.
